In the course of her work, Chris uses many of the region's old maps, including old estate maps and plans, and she now offers a special service reproducing 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps of the old county of Cumberland, at scales of 25 inches to the mile and 6 inches to the mile. These maps, which were surveyed in the mid- to late-19th century, are custom made to highlight the old farm, village or town of choice and are reproduced on antique-style paper.

In addition to these, certain county antique and estate maps can be reproduced to order.

Chris will also copy and transcribe old documents, such as wills, inventories and title deeds. These can also be reproduced on antique-style paper.
